Through collaboration with IUP's woodshop, The Swoop produced this video, which was presented at a Council of Trustees meeting. The video was well received by all who attended.

City Vision is a series that The Swoop was tasked with completing over the summer. We worked with the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Planning Association to design and market a series that will expose high school and early college students to the field of urban planning. In addition to creating 7 videos for the series, we also produced a trailer to present to schools who may want to present the video series to their students. The trailer was just presented at a planning convention on October 15, where it was well liked by all in attendance.
In episode 1 of the City Vision series, we wanted to grab the viewer's attention and sum of the field of urban planning using examples that high school and college students can relate to, such as the lack of sidewalks or recreation in a city or town. The video was well received by the Planning Association and exceeded their expectations.
In episode 2 of the City Vision series, we summed up the specializations that the planning field offers and laid out what each field does so that the viewer is able to find an area that suits their skill set. The video was well received by the Planning Association, who specifically complimented the scripting and visuals used to engage the audience.
